Delivery manager

We are looking for someone who is structured, confident, proactive, and ready to take real ownership of delivery across multiple international accounts.

 

Requirements

  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in project/delivery management within a service-based IT company working with international clients.
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals: project lifecycle, planning, estimation, prioritization, delivery control, and reporting.
  • Solid theoretical base (PMBOK or similar frameworks) and practical ability to apply it in real client engagements.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/engagements simultaneously and maintaining full visibility over priorities, deadlines, risks, and workloads.
  • Proven background in people management: conducting 1:1s, supporting growth, handling performance topics, overseeing workload distribution.
  • Experience working in staff augmentation environments and mixed delivery models (projects + outstaff teams).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Confident English level B2+ for daily communication with international clients.
  • Strong ownership, organization, and the ability to proactively drive delivery processes.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, PO, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with pre-sales, participating in discovery calls, preparing proposals and delivery plans.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery models and practical experience applying them.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across several client accounts: planning, execution, deadlines, reporting, and overall delivery quality.
  • Work directly with international clients, gathering requirements, clarifying expectations, and building transparent communication flows.
  • Lead a group of developers and technical specialists: track their workload, performance, well-being, and growth plans.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of what is happening on every account: priorities, current tasks, risks, resource needs, and next steps.
  • Ensure proper time tracking, workload distribution, and alignment between client expectations and internal capacity.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery plans, roadmaps, progress updates, and regular status reports.
  • Support pre-sales: join intro calls, help shape proposals, contribute to scoping and estimations.
  • Continuously improve internal delivery processes, communication routines, and quality standards.
  • Act as the main operational point of contact, ensuring TechBar consistently delivers predictable and high-quality results.
