Business Analyst / Project Coordinator $$$ Offline
Relevant Software welcomes a proactive BA/PC with an understanding of technical aspects of development to join our innovative team working on smart metering solutions.
You will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating all needed documentation for the dev team, closer communication with the team and stakeholders. Conduct and coordinate internal team meetings and activities to keep the team productive and ensure requirements meet client expectations.
About the project:
The German international company has been on the market for 15 years and focuses on smart meters with integrated sensors, enabling autonomous data transmission, including voltage sensors that provide consumption recommendations. The ongoing project aims to create a smart controller for these meters that provides customized data, tailored to user access levels, for inspectors and users.
Our team creates and implements custom integrations into existing system.

Responsibilities:
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, address challenges, manage expectations, timelines, and feedback.
- Coordinate teams' workload, organising and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, workshops, defining and maintaining project processes and guidelines, tracking and resolving open items, blockers, and dependencies.
- Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize risks.
- Gathering, describing requirements (with tech lead), and developing Requirements documents (Defining User Stories, Epics, Use Cases, including API specifications, Data schemas, and Mappings, flows description)
- Overseeing product backlog, planning, and prioritizing features based on stakeholder input, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Conducting estimation sessions with the team, managing changes, and planning and executing Releases in alignment with the customer's Release plan.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Working closely with the dev team, tech leads on requirements. Experience in writing technical requirements will be a plus, be able to manage and lead a product team, conduct Sprint activities, and define and maintain process.
- Experience working with APIs, reading JSON, and describing request/response structures is a must.
- Ability to read common file formats (CSV, XML, Excel, etc) and describe their structure and properties.
- Proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience (from project initiation to release and support).
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements based on business value and technical constraints.
- Strong experience in writing product specifications and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of development, integration, and support processes for the solutions.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid).
- An analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in environments with high uncertainty.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges;
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling (nice to have).
- Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.
