System Administration

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and call summaries, coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Google Drive and Google Documents.
  3. Manage and organize digital files and folders, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly organized.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and other forms of correspondence.
  5. Assist with social media management, including posting updates, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
  6. Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects or assignments.
  7. Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements, attendee management, and documentation.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  10.  Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  11. Researching and gathering information as needed for various tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Project Management and team supervision across Projects/tasks
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Experience in Websites creation on Wix Platform 
  4. Basic knowledge of SMM posts preparation 
  5. Experience in structured Emails preparation  
  6. Experience with Management Tracking System (Clickup, Jira, etc.)
  7. Experience in short (3-5 min) Video creation
  8. Experience with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and more.
  9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
  10. Proficiency in using Microsoft Apps, Google Drive, Google Documents, Gmail, and other relevant Google Workspace applications.
  11. Ability to adapt to changes quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  13. Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  14. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  15. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  16. Languages - English (B2), Russian (Fluent).
