Senior Agile Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Agile Project Manager responsible for leading multiple Scrum teams (up to 3) to achieve predictable, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile process expertise, practical knowledge of SDLC, and a solid technical understanding to effectively bridge the gap between business and engineering.

Product description:
A scalable, feature-rich iGaming platform focused on continuous product evolution and high-quality user experience. The system is built on a modern technology stack β€” Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and JavaScript-based (Angular) frontend, with continuous delivery of new modules and improvements. The teams are focused on long-term product growth, stability, and innovation, working in a mature Agile environment with a strong technical culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate several Scrum teams ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery of product increments;
  • Set up processes for new teams from scratch, applying appropriate agile project management and development methodologies;
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager to follow the roadmap targets;
  • Facilitate and improve core Agile ceremonies, ensuring focus on outcomes, not rituals;
  • Ensure transparent and structured communication between development teams, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders;
  • Own sprint and release commitments β€” ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with the agreed level of quality;
  • Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively;
  • Undertake project metrics setup, monitoring and systematic reporting;
  • Recognize soft skill and competency gaps within teams; initiate growth and development actions together with People Partner / Delivery Manager;
  • Understand individual team members’ contribution and help optimise team performance;
  • Team coaching on Agile methodology and high-performance working practices/approaches;
  • Identify and remove delivery process bottlenecks; drive process standardization and efficiency improvements across teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years prior relevant experience;
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe);
  • Ability to see the big picture (releases/roadmap);
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies;
  • Requirements refinement, tasks decomposition;
  • Hands-on experience in scope estimation, scheduling, and planning;
  • Knowledge of task management, planning, documentation and other tools;
  • Administration experience in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Team motivation and skills development;
  • Strong people management, coaching and leadership skills;
  • Strong English writing and speaking skills.
