Senior Content Marketing Manager
Whitepage is a Boston-based presentation design agency that specializes in creating innovative, conversion-focused pitch decks and presentations. We work with fast-growing startups and established companies such as Airbnb, Korn Ferry, and Unilever. We are genuinely proud of the work we deliver, and a large part of our growth comes from client referrals and repeat projects.
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about digital marketing, startups, and measurable results. This is a remote position for someone who is self-motivated, structured, and comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day marketing activities and coordinating with the founder and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Refine and execute a marketing strategy and plan to drive a predictable flow of inbound leads.
- Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, SEO + content, PPC, and email.
- Plan and produce high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, thought leadership, etc.) that positions Whitepage as a go-to partner for pitch decks and presentation design.
- Manage and optimize our SEO efforts: keyword research, content planning, on-page optimization, and collaboration with external or technical SEO resources where needed.
- Set goals, track KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC per channel), and continuously test and iterate based on data.
- Manage marketing automation tools and workflows (email nurturing, simple funnels) to turn traffic into qualified leads.
- Stay up to date on industry trends (startups, fundraising, B2B SaaS, design and creative services) and translate them into relevant content ideas and campaigns.
- Contribute to company-wide marketing strategy with a clear path to grow into a CMO-level role and eventually lead the broader marketing function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and/or content marketing.
- Proven track record of driving inbound pipeline and running successful multi-channel campaigns (content and SEO is a must; PPC and email are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data (GA, Search Console, CRM/HubSpot or similar) to make decisions and optimize performance.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and workflows (email sequences, lead scoring, nurturing, etc.).
- Excellent written English and the ability to adapt tone for founders, startup teams, and B2B decision makers.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams, with the ability to manage contractors or agencies when needed.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation and flexible, fully remote work arrangements.
- The chance to play a key role in our marketing efforts and directly influence how the company grows.
- A strong product to market: high-quality work, happy clients, and consistent referrals that you can build on rather than starting from zero.
- A supportive environment and the tools you need to succeed, including access to the founder, design and content support, and reasonable budgets to test and scale what works.
- Exposure to a wide range of startups and global brands, and the satisfaction of helping founders and teams tell their story and raise capital.
- A clear opportunity to grow into a CMO role for the right person who can own strategy, delivery, and results.
If you’re a driven marketing professional who cares about impact, loves startups, and enjoys building campaigns that reliably generate results, we’d love to hear from you.
