IT Project Manager $$ Offline

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Analyst / IT Project Manager to join a global IT transformation program.

You’ll play a key role in governance, financial control, and delivery support across multiple initiatives — ensuring structure, transparency, and alignment across the program.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for all PMO governance-related questions within the SOLD Teams
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow
  • Support resource planning, capacity management, and project administration
  • Ensure consistency in delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall) and maintain governance standards
  • Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management and help coordinate tollgate reviews
  • Contribute to budget forecasting, CAPEX tracking, and business case documentation
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and help organize governance sessions and trainings

    What we expect from you:
     
  • 3+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst / Project Manager (preferably in large IT programs)
  • Strong background in project governance, compliance, and financial management
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and ideally SAP (financial module)
  • Familiarity with PMI / Prince2 standards and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Excellent English communication 
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset
