Diya is currently seeking to hire Technical Support Dispatcher for a full-time position at our Zhytomyr office or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Improving customer service and satisfaction.
- Providing quick responses to users.
- Efficient turnaround of customer requests.
- Assigning tasks and tickets to Technical Support Engineers.
- Any additional or alternative duties that are reasonably consistent with the position as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Сlient-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, punctual, quick-thinking, creative and proactive.
- Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written).
