UI UX Marketing Designer $$ Offline

We are a performance marketing and growth agency specializing in ROI-driven user acquisition. Our expertise includes paid media, affiliate marketing, email marketing, funnel development and optimization, as well as analytics and conversion rate optimization.
We work across e-commerce, lead generation, and regulated verticals such as health and finance.

 

We are currently launching a US telemedicine weight-loss brand offering GLP-based treatments. Our team manages all marketing, website and checkout flows, analytics, and data. Licensed medical partners deliver all patient care, prescriptions, and fulfillment in a HIPAA-compliant white-label workflow.

Scope of Work

The designer will be responsible for creating high-performance, conversion-focused UX/UI for sales pages receiving significant paid traffic.


Responsibilities include:

  • Designing complete UX/UI for desktop and mobile high-converting sales pages.
  • Creating full visual design, graphics, and supporting visual assets for these pages.
  • (Optional but preferred) Implementing the designs into a responsive website.
  • The copywriting is out of scope and will be provided by our team.
  • Priority is strong UX/UI with measurable conversion performance.

    Ideal Candidate Profile
  • The ideal candidate is a performance-focused UX/UI designer who understands conversion psychology, landing page frameworks, and data-driven design.
    You thrive in fast-moving marketing environments, collaborate well with media buyers, and are motivated by measurable results.
  • You should be fully comfortable working in Figma and taking designs from concept to final visuals without heavy oversight. We provide the copy and business objectives β€” you deliver high-performance pages.


    Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages and funnels.
  • Proven background in performance niches such as: Gambling, Telehealth, Crypto, Dating, or other high-intensity verticals.
  • Deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles, layout hierarchy, CTA placement, and above-the-fold optimization.
  • Expert Figma skills; ability to design responsive mobile and desktop versions.
  • Ability to create all visuals: banners, illustrations, imagery β€” including using AI tools when needed.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting CTR, CVR, EPC, funnel drop-off metrics.
  • Experience running A/B tests and iterative design improvements.
  • Self-directed, reliable, strong communication skills, ownership mindset.
