UI UX Marketing Designer

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing design, specifically creating high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and ad creatives.
• Proven experience in Affiliate & Performance Marketing. Gambling / Telehealth / Crypto / Dating verticals. Or any other Vertical in Performance Marketing.
• Understanding of conversion-driven UX/UI principles — layouts, visual hierarchy, CTA placement, and above-the-fold optimization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work on performance campaigns (landing pages, banners, paid media assets, etc.).
• Experience with Telehealth or healthcare offers is a major plus.

Skills

• Proficiency in Figma for layout and prototyping.
• Ability to design responsive web interfaces for both mobile and desktop.
• Familiarity with A/B testing principles and iterative optimization for CTR/CVR improvement.
• Solid grasp of branding consistency within high-volume creative production (dozens of LPs per campaign).

Mindset

• Fast, iterative designer comfortable with rapid testing and scaling concepts.
• Data-driven, understands metrics like CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and how visual decisions impact them.

• Comfortable collaborating with developers, marketers, and media buyers.
