Creative Performance Lead (Mobile Gaming Focus) who would shape the Future of Game Ads with Generative AI
They are seeking a Creative Performance Lead with deep expertise in mobile gaming performance marketing to drive the creative strategy behind high-impact ad campaigns. This person will serve as a strategic advisor and performance expert, owning the research, insights, ideation, and creative direction that fuel top-performing mobile gaming ads.
To succeed in this role, a candidate must come directly from the mobile gaming performance domain - either from a mobile gaming company or a marketing/creative agency producing performance-focused campaigns for mobile gaming clients. They must understand how creative, data, and performance metrics intersect to influence growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Creative teams to build creative strategies that are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with performance goals.
What You Will Lead:
Creative Strategy & Cross-Team Alignment
- Act as the primary creative performance expert, advising teams and driving creative innovation.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Creative Leads to set strategic priorities and development plans.
- Provide data-backed creative input for Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and campaign direction.
Performance Insights, Research & Trends
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify performance-driving trends in mobile gaming.
- Translate performance data and insights (CTR, CPI, ROAS, etc.) into actionable concepts and creative strategies.
- Deliver trend analyses and domain insights that guide internal decisions and creative evolution.
Performance-Driven Creative Execution
- Approve and guide initial creative deliveries to ensure alignment with performance goals and client needs.
- Evaluate concepts based on data and performance potential—not subjective preferences.
- Lead creative ideation for new campaigns, ensuring concepts are measurable, optimized, and audience-relevant.
- Manage multiple creative workstreams with autonomy, ownership, and clarity.

Required Background:
Must have experience in one of the following:
- A mobile gaming company (UA, creative strategy, performance), or
- A marketing/creative agency producing performance-focused campaigns for mobile gaming clients
Core Requirements
- 5–7 years of proven experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
- Deep domain knowledge of mobile gaming, player behavior, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to connect creative output with data insights to drive measurable results.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills for global collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strategic clarity.
- A proactive, confident thinker who takes ownership and solves problems independently.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creative intuition.
