Digital Marketing Specialist at ArboStar

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to promote the brand, run both online and offline campaigns, and maintain an efficient cost per lead.

You’ll report to the Chief Customer Executive and work closely with PPC and SEO specialists, copywriters, and leadership to ensure high-quality leads, efficient ad spend, and strong consumer engagement. The key focus is on optimizing marketing spend to achieve a lower cost per lead than current benchmarks while delivering high-quality leads for the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and execution of the comprehensive marketing roadmap to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with overall business goals through collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Own and continuously optimize key lead generation metrics, including Cost per Lead (CPL) and campaign ROI, by directing strategy for paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Track, analyze, and report on all performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI), presenting monthly summaries and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage and optimize the full lifecycle of lead nurturing through email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies (blogs, case studies, social media) to position the brand as an industry leader, coordinating the production of all marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute major growth initiatives, including webinars, PR campaigns, and building strategic partnerships with industry associations and influencers.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-driven service industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, automation, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the tree care, landscaping, or home service industries.
  • Experience with SaaS marketing funnels and product marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and webinar promotion.
  • Basic graphic design and copywriting skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
