Product Manager B2C iGaming
We’re looking for a Product Manager (B2C) to track product performance, identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and shape the roadmap for international markets. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decisions, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll do
- Track and analyse product metrics.
- Discover product usage, identify growth opportunities, and design experiments based on data and insights.
- Conduct market research to identify trends.
- Define short- and mid-term product development strategy.
- Own product roadmap, set goals and priorities, and share vision along the team.
- Contribute to overall product department strategy and product development process.
- Cooperate with company departments and stakeholders to balance their needs and deliverability.
- Drive innovations and encourage people development by example.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management for B2C ( in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or Fintech).
- Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle — from discovery to scale.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, data literacy, and ability to make insights actionable.
- Strategic thinker — able to see beyond the surface and connect dots across user behavior, market dynamics, and business metrics.
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
