Local SEO Specialist / Team

We’re growing our team and looking for Local SEO and Link building specialists (individuals or small teams) to help scale our outreach and reporting capabilities.
 

Your Role
 

You will manage and execute local SEO strategies focused on Google Maps, local listings, content optimization, and backlink outreach. You’ll be responsible for monthly reporting dashboards, tracking KPIs, and ensuring continuous performance improvements for client accounts.

We’re looking for someone highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and research quality.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings.
• Build high-quality backlinks and maintain ethical link-building practices.
• Create and update monthly SEO dashboards and performance reports.
• Conduct deep research using ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to identify new outreach and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement local SEO improvements.
• Monitor ranking, citation, and link performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with community trends, Reddit discussions, and SEO best practices.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Local SEO and Linkbuilding (preferably agency or freelance).
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Strong understanding of local ranking factors and content optimization.
• Experience creating SEO dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Positive reputation and/or community feedback on Reddit or SEO forums is a strong plus.
