Senior Computer Vision Engineer $$$$ Offline

We are looking for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer with strong experience in object detection, MOT, and ReID to join our existing team and strengthen ongoing development efforts.

About the project: 
The project is a real-time multi-camera tracking system designed for complex indoor environments. It leverages advanced computer vision and object tracking algorithms to analyze video streams from multiple cameras simultaneously.
It is used in e-commerce environments, POS systems, security and surveillance applications, and cash management solutions, providing insights and automation through visual analytics and AI-powered detection.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize person detection and tracking pipelines for multi-camera systems.
• Integrate pose estimation and appearance-based embeddings for improved identity consistency.
• Handle challenges like occlusions, lighting variations, and overlapping fields of view.
• Fine-tune and adapt tracking models on in-house datasets.

Who are we looking for?
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the Computer Vision field.
• Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Proven experience in object detection, multi-object tracking, camera calibration, and triangulation.
• Experience with object detection frameworks such as YOLO.
• Experience with multi-object tracking algorithms (e.g., DeepSORT, ByteTrack).
• Experience with person re-identification frameworks like TorchReid.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
