Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst who knows how to dig into numbers, track user behavior, and turn data into clear product decisions β€” especially in subscription-based mobile apps. You'll be working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to find answers and suggest improvements.

 

What you'll do:

  • Analyze product and marketing metrics: LTV, ARPU, ROI, Churn, Retention, Conversion, etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and opportunities for growth.
  • Support and validate data-driven hypotheses with real numbers.
  • Build dashboards and reports (mainly in Tableau).
  • Keep data integrations accurate and clean.
  • Work directly with product and engineering teams to align insights with product goals.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1+ year working with subscription-based apps or services.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL (preferably ClickHouse) and Python.
  • Experience with tools like AppHud, Adapty, or RevenueCat.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms: Appsflyer, Adjust, or Appmetrica.
  • Comfortable working with BI tools (ideally Tableau)
  • Understanding of monetization mechanics and subscription unit economics.
  • Strong communication skills β€” clear in both data storytelling and teamwork.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Background in statistics or probability theory.
  • Experience with A/B testing and interpreting test results.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes or working with APIs.
  • Familiarity with the subscription lifecycle: trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds.
  • Experience in cohort analysis and LTV prediction models.
