Data Analyst
We're looking for a Data Analyst who knows how to dig into numbers, track user behavior, and turn data into clear product decisions β especially in subscription-based mobile apps. You'll be working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to find answers and suggest improvements.
What you'll do:
- Analyze product and marketing metrics: LTV, ARPU, ROI, Churn, Retention, Conversion, etc.
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and opportunities for growth.
- Support and validate data-driven hypotheses with real numbers.
- Build dashboards and reports (mainly in Tableau).
- Keep data integrations accurate and clean.
- Work directly with product and engineering teams to align insights with product goals.
What weβre looking for:
- 1+ year working with subscription-based apps or services.
- Solid knowledge of SQL (preferably ClickHouse) and Python.
- Experience with tools like AppHud, Adapty, or RevenueCat.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms: Appsflyer, Adjust, or Appmetrica.
- Comfortable working with BI tools (ideally Tableau)
- Understanding of monetization mechanics and subscription unit economics.
- Strong communication skills β clear in both data storytelling and teamwork.
Bonus points for:
- Background in statistics or probability theory.
- Experience with A/B testing and interpreting test results.
- Knowledge of ETL processes or working with APIs.
- Familiarity with the subscription lifecycle: trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds.
- Experience in cohort analysis and LTV prediction models.
