We are looking for our UGC Manager, who will take ownership of developing Promova’s creator ecosystem from the ground up — shaping our strategy, processes, and partnerships to make user-generated content a key driver of growth and brand love.

 

About You:

  • 1–3 years of experience managing creators (UGC, influencers, ambassadors)
  • Hands-on experience using platforms and tools for creator sourcing, validation, and management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills — from outreach to long-term partnership building
  • Understanding of social media culture, emerging trends, and what makes content truly feel “real”
  • Strong organizational and operational skills — from managing contracts and payments to meeting deadlines
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

 

Nice to Have:

  • An existing network of creators or micro-influencers you can bring on board
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new formats, faces, and styles

 

Your Areas of Impact:

This role exists to:
Build and scale the UGC function at Promova — from sourcing creators to establishing sustainable systems and processes for collaboration.

What you’ll own and drive:

  • Creator Management (Full Cycle): Search for UGC creators, ambassadors, and niche experts (e.g. AI authors). Negotiate, sign, onboard, and manage deliverables. Build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Content & Campaign Support: Ensure branded channels are filled with authentic UGC; fuel brand and marketing campaigns with creator-led content.
  • UGC-Led Projects: Launch project-based collaborations where creators become the faces of dedicated Promova social accounts.
  • Paid Campaign Boost: Supply unique UGC assets to strengthen performance marketing efforts.
  • Trend Experimentation: Test new creators, formats, and localizations (WW, US, LATAM, etc.) to identify scalable approaches.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with brand, social, and creative teams to align UGC with campaign and brand goals.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track creator performance, gather insights, and continuously improve collaboration efficiency and content quality.
