2D Artist / Board Game Designer / Production Artist

We’re looking for a skilled 2D Artist / board game designer / production artist to design and prepare all print-ready files for our upcoming card-based tabletop game.
You’ll take the project from concept visuals to final, production-ready assets, ensuring a cohesive, polished, and print-accurate look across all components.

🧩 What You’ll Design

You’ll be responsible for the complete visual design and layout of the following game elements:

🃏 Cards

• Standard Deck: 54 cards
• Action Deck: 50 unique cards
• Confidence Cards: 6 per player

🔘 Tokens & Discs

• 4 × Change Suit Discs
• 14 × Change Value Discs
• 1 × Dealer Button

📄 Paper Components

• Score Pad (3.5 × 5.5 in)
• Rulebook (small booklet, using provided text)

📦 Packaging

• Game Box exterior design
• (Optional) Internal divider or insert layout

📘 What We’ll Provide

• Complete rules and written content
• Branding direction and logo
• Reference visuals for style, tone, and color direction
• Exact dimensions and print specifications for each component

📦 Deliverables

• Print-ready PDFs for production
• Editable source files (Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / vector format)
• All assets clearly labeled and organized by component
• Consistent and cohesive visual theme across all materials

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Experience designing board or card games (please include examples!)
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and color harmony
• Understanding of print production standards (bleeds, margins, CMYK, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver organized, ready-to-print files
