- Intraday alerts (entries, partials, SL moves — per rules)
- Evening wrap & trade journal updates
Weekly PnL/report with notes on discipline and improvement
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in crypto research, trading ops, or derivatives support
- Confident with funding/OI/liquidation data & technical setups
- Experience with TradingView, Coinalyze, DefiLlama (on-chain tools a plus)
- Strong discipline, concise communication (EN/RU), stress-resilient
