Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our marketing and retention team. In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration between designers, copywriters, and marketers.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Support the planning and execution of retention and communication campaigns (email, push, in-app, social).
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Manage content calendars, campaign briefs, and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure smooth task completion.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative concepts that enhance user engagement.
• Learn and apply analytics and retention metrics (CTR, CR, Retention Rate, etc.) to improve campaign effectiveness.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 0.5–1+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field (internships count!).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or user retention is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English level — Intermediate+ (you’ll collaborate with English-speaking teammates and use English-based tools).
