What You’ll Be Doing:
- Turning marketing data into insights that drive decisions and shape strategy.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports for campaigns across all channels (Digital, CRM, Email, etc.).
- Measuring the performance of ad campaigns — calculating CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Running A/B tests and translating numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Helping optimize marketing budgets and forecasting campaign results.
- Automating reports and monitoring processes to make everyone’s life easier.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You’ve worked with marketing or product data for 1+ year.
- You’re confident with SQL, Google Sheets / Excel, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
- You understand sales funnels and know your way around metrics like Retention Rate, LTV, CPA, ROI, and CAC.
- You can translate complex data into stories people actually understand.
- You’re comfortable with large datasets and enjoy bringing structure to chaos.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 / Firebase or other tracking systems.
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes or ML forecasting models.
