We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team

Join us as a Senior Designer and take the lead in shaping the visual identity of our retention and marketing communications. Your work will directly influence how users experience our brand and engage with our product.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and oversee high-impact visual concepts for SMM, email campaigns, and gamification (icons, banners, GIFs, motion assets).
• Take ownership of the creative process — from idea to implementation — ensuring the highest visual and functional quality.
• Elevate and maintain brand identity across all communication channels, ensuring visual consistency and innovation.
• Mentor and provide feedback to designers in the team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
• Use analytics and user feedback to refine design solutions and increase engagement and retention metrics.
• Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in design, animation, marketing, and the iGaming industry — and bring them into our projects.
• Participate in strategic discussions and influence the creative direction of campaigns and product experiences.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital/product/marketing design (experience in iGaming or entertainment is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful and visually polished projects across multiple platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (motion design and animation skills are a big plus).
• Deep understanding of design thinking principles and how design decisions affect business outcomes.
• Attention to detail — you treat every pixel with precision and purpose.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
