Senior Software Engineer – Serverless Platform and AI Orchestration

We’re looking for a hands-on senior engineer to build the core orchestration and AI-powered workflow layer of our next-gen healthcare operations platform.
This role focuses on AWS serverless architecture, event-driven automation, and grounded AI integration — all designed for scale, performance, and compliance safety.

What You’ll Do

• Build Step Functions workflows and Lambda actions for core operational processes.
• Create real-time data projections (DynamoDB + Aurora) that drive fast dashboards and portals.
• Develop web applications (Next.js + Cognito) with secure, role-based access controls.
• Implement AI-assisted features using Amazon Bedrock — context-aware assistants with grounded responses.
• Establish synthetic data and contract-testing pipelines to ensure safety in non-PHI environments.
• Define observability standards (CloudWatch, X-Ray) and cost-efficiency metrics for serverless workloads.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong skills in AWS serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, AppSync/API Gateway).
• Excellent TypeScript/Node.js and modern frontend experience (Next.js 13/14).
• Experience building or integrating LLM/RAG-based assistants safely and reliably.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, distributed tracing, and SLO-based delivery.
• Bonus: healthcare app experience or familiarity with compliance-safe development workflows.
