Role Overview:
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend of our POS system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in React, Nextjs along with a passion for building robust and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain components and features for our POS system using Nextjs
• Implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations and new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our product.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Strong expertise in Next.js framework.
• Proficient in Javascript and Typescript
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience in the POS or retail industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebSockets).
• Understanding of security best practices for frontend systems.
