Project Manager

Required experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management within an outsourced or product IT company;
- Proven track record of delivering multiple successful projects (preferably in web, mobile);
- Technical understanding gained through experience or education in development, QA, or business analysis.
Required skills:
- Ability to manage the full delivery lifecycle — from pre-sale/discovery to release and post-launch support;
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and documentation management, including maintaining structured project documentation, roadmaps, and delivery reports;
- Experience with project tracking and planning tools, such as Gantt charts, burndown charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics;
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles (experience with Waterfall is a plus);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mindset;
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain client confidence;
- Risk management expertise: able to identify potential issues early, assess their impact, and develop effective mitigation plans;
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset: takes initiative, proposes improvements, and drives decisions rather than waiting for direction;
- Business-oriented thinking: understands how PM decisions impact client goals, budgets, and company success;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Participation in HR-related processes — onboarding, performance reviews, salary reviews, and offboarding;
- Involvement in recruitment — interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for project roles;
- Initiating and managing termination processes where necessary;
- Experience with financial coordination — preparing or verifying invoices, tracking project profitability, and supporting financial transparency;
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English, both verbal and written.
Would be a plus:
- Project management certification (PMI, CSM, PSM, etc.);
- Experience working with multi-team or complex projects;
- Technical or engineering degree.
Responsibilities:
- The primary goal is to ensure each project’s success — for the client, the company, and the team;
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations;
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability;
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address risks before they escalate;
- Control budget, timelines, and quality to deliver predictable results;
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and recurring status meetings;
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction;
- Act as the main communication bridge between the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust;
- Support the company’s overall growth through continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation.
