Business Analyst (Junior+)

Requirements:   

• 1–1.5 years of experience in business analysis on commercial projects  
• Experience in preparing use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and functional specifications  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum  
• Problem-solving and result-oriented approach  
• Critical and probing mindset, attention to details  
• Effective communication skills 
• Upper-intermediate or higher English   

Responsibilities: 

• Requirements elicitation and structuring 
• Communicating with clients regarding product requirements 
• Analyzing existing designs, specifications, and applications provided by the client 
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria for them 
• Participation in discovery phases during the pre-sale stage 
• Regularly clarifying requirements with the development team 
• Support for designers in prototype preparation 

• Managing expectations of the client
