Project Manager

About the Role:

We're growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We're looking for a passionate IT Project Manager to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Internal and External communication on the main stages (design, platform provider, product owners)
  • Effectively manage and control parallel projects.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Compile and present comprehensive project reports
  • Compile and present complete reports or notes on projects and meetings.
  • Process (Agile/Scrum ceremonies, daily + status checks)

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in engaging with customers in the IT domain
  • Proficient in assembling, processing, and formulating project requirements
  • Expertise in devising plans for scrum teams across different timeframes, adept at navigating change
  • Comprehension of web development principles and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proved effective direct people management 5+ employees teams
  • Exceptional aptitude for handling stakeholders with finesse
  • Profound ability to oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate 

 

Technical/specialized knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of Project Management in gambling domain
  • Experience working using various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Theoretical knowledge on methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
  • Proven experience working in gambling or similar domains
  • Basic Technical understanding of Gambling platform components
  • Proven Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to find and deep search for edge to edge cases over requirement.
  • Being proactive over communication and strict with notes and future results and follow ups
