Talent Sourcer

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our growing team at CML Team. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and attracting top tech talent while building strong and structured talent pipelines across various domains.

You’ll work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and support the growth of our recruitment operations through proactive talent mapping and outreach.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, DOU, and other sourcing platforms. Conduct proactive outreach campaigns and build long-term candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

 

Pipeline Management

Build, organize, and maintain structured pipelines across technical, product, design, and other IT-related roles.

 

Market Research

Research talent markets, competitors, and candidate landscapes to improve sourcing effectiveness and support hiring strategies.

 

Strategic Collaboration

Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing approaches.

 

Candidate Engagement

Craft personalized outreach messages and follow-ups to increase response rates and candidate engagement.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong research and sourcing skills — you know how to identify and engage hidden talent
  • Experience sourcing for Developers, Designers, Product Managers, or other IT-related roles
  • Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, and other sourcing tools
  • Understanding of candidate pipeline management and sourcing strategies
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience sourcing for startups or fast-growing tech companies
  • Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, or AI markets
  • Experience with talent mapping and market analysis
  • Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
