Recruiter $ Offline
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team at CML Team. You’ll play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines, driving targeted outreach campaigns, conducting interviews and preparing offers.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, define search strategies, and help scale our recruitment operations efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Source & Engage: Identify and attract top tech talent through LinkedIn, Djinni, and other sourcing platforms for a full cycle recruitment process. From pre-screen to offer
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain structured pipelines across technical, product, and creative roles
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring Managers to define ideal candidate profiles and search strategies
Outreach Campaigns: Craft personalized messages and follow-ups to drive engagement and conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong research and sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage hidden talent
- Experience sourcing for Developers, Designers, Product Managers, or similar IT roles
- Proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience sourcing for startups or fast-growing tech teams
- Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, or FinTech markets
Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing
