Growth Manager
The Role
You’re joining as a Growth Manager — someone hungry to move the needle fast, make data tell real stories, and turn experiments into business impact.
You’ll own the full growth engine: spotting opportunities, validating ideas, and scaling what works across the funnel — from acquisition to retention.
Think end-to-end: idea → research → launch → learn → scale.
You’ll rely on data, not guesses — keeping ROI/ROMI/CAC/CPA in check and using automation and AI to build a growth system that scales predictably.
Responsibilities
- Run the full growth loop — from ideation and research to launch and performance review.
- Generate smart hypotheses, test them fast, and double down on what works.Analyze funnel metrics to uncover opportunities across acquisition, activation, revenue, and retention.
- Build repeatable systems for upsell and cross-sell.
- Research markets, competitors, and audience behavior to guide decisions.
- Craft clear, sharp messaging that speaks to users and shows product value.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering to ship growth initiatives.
- Implement AI tools, automations, and analytics that drive sustainable growth.Track and optimize key metrics — LTV/CAC, activation, retention — keeping them in the green.
- Maintain a healthy experiment cadence and prioritize work using ICE/RICE frameworks.
Success Metrics
- Higher conversion and activation rates across key funnel stages.
- Lower CAC/CPA without sacrificing traffic quality — and stronger LTV/ARPU.
- Steady experiment velocity and clear reporting through dashboards and cohorts.
- Scalable channels and mechanics proven by solid data and ROI.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Growth, Product Marketing, Product Management, UA, or similar — with hands-on experience in experimentation and analytics.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV) and how they tie to business goals.
- Experience designing, running, and evaluating experiments (A/B tests, statistical significance, ICE/RICE).
- Confident with funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and value prop testing.
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes.
- A strong collaborator — works seamlessly with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Background in UX or strong product thinking and copywriting chops.
- Experience with PWA or web-to-app flows.
- Technical literacy for effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience building dashboards, tracking systems, and doing cohort analysis.
