We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who will take ownership of full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with management, and help us attract the best talent to join our growing team.

 

What You’ll Do
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process — from posting vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and providing feedback.
• Partner with managers to align recruitment priorities.
• Build a talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases in the ATS.
• Take part in optimizing recruitment processes and improving the candidate experience.
• Learn and apply modern sourcing tools and best recruitment practices

 

What We Expect
• 1+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing channels and ATS systems.
• English — intermediate or higher.
• Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
