Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital activations, partner integrations, and special initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication and task management with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear, structured, and timely communication.
  • Track campaign timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, generate reports, and provide status updates for cross-functional visibility.
  • Contribute to optimizing workflows and processes to improve scalability and overall efficiency.
     

Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign coordination or campaign support (B2C experience is a plus).
  • Prior exposure to iGaming or affiliate marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign workflows, vendor management, and performance tracking.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level (both written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy, structure, and meeting deadlines.
