ML Engineer

As part of Genesis, a leading Ukrainian co-founding IT company, we are building a category-defining suite of AI companionship products (web/mobile), and our portfolio has shown exceptional growth over the past 9 months.

We are looking for an ML Engineer who will develop and support the server side of an advanced AI product, which includes the generation of images and chatbots 🤓 You are our ideal candidate if you have a deep understanding of NLP and generative AI, create innovative solutions for complex problems, have a high level of technical expertise, and a passion for artificial intelligence 💡
 

Range of tasks:

• Develop maintain and optimize advanced machine learning models and LLM solutions, particularly focusing on natural language processing, and vision.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate AI models into existing systems.
• Experiment with new models and techniques to improve performance and capabilities.
• Development of new functionality that includes image generation and chatbots;
• Development of technical documentation.
   

What hard-skills are important to us:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI and machine learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with efficient data storage, on-device processing, and minimal resource consumption.
• Experience in solving NLP problems with Machine Learning, LLM;
• Experience with LLM — integration, fine tuning, hosting. Experience with OpenAI ChatGPT, lama;
• Knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) and semantic vector search;
• Experience with image generation models including Stable Diffusion and Flux;
• Experience in prompt engineering LLM.
• You have an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial drive.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
