Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React) $$$ Offline

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our product-focused team. You’ll work across the entire stack: from designing backend services and APIs to building intuitive, high-performing web interfaces.

You will:

• Own end-to-end development of features (from API design to UI implementation).
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Influence technical decisions, architecture, and best practices.
• Help keep the platform stable, secure, and scalable as it grows.
   

Requirements

Experience & Tech Stack

• 3.5+ years of commercial experience in web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Node.js (Express, NestJS or similar frameworks).
  • React for building complex interfaces.
• Solid understanding of:
  • TypeScript in both frontend and backend.
  • RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
  • Relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • HTML5, CSS3, modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with:
  • Git and collaborative workflows (PRs, code review).
  • Authentication/authorization, sessions, tokens, security basics (OWASP, etc.).
• Good understanding of:
  • System design basics, microservices or modular architectures.
  • Clean code principles, SOLID, design patterns.
     
• English at B2+ level — ability to participate in calls, clarify requirements, and present your solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Node.js (business logic, integrations, APIs).
• Implement and support frontend features using React (and ecosystem libraries).
• Integrate with third-party services, external APIs, and internal tools.
• Participate in technical discovery: estimate tasks, propose solutions, highlight risks.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code; participate in code reviews.
• Optimize performance on both client and server side.
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, designers, and other engineers to ship reliable features on time.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG) on the frontend.
• Knowledge of NestJS or well-structured Node.js architectures.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments to AWS / GCP / Azure / Vercel / Render.
• Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) or event-driven systems.
• Hands-on with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright/Cypress, Supertest, etc.).
• Understanding of monitoring & observability (logs, metrics, APM).
• Experience working in a high-load, multi-tenant or SaaS environment.
• Mentoring experience or participation in technical decision-making, architecture reviews.
