Retention Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a Retention Manager to drive user engagement, boost customer loyalty, and maximize lifetime value. If you love analyzing behavior, building effective retention strategies, and turning insights into action โ€” this role is for you!

 

๐Ÿ”ฅ What Youโ€™ll Do

User Retention & CRM Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Customer.io and Smartico (email, push, SMS).
  • Create and maintain automated workflows to nurture users.
  • Segment users by behavior, engagement, or campaign triggers.
  • Support bonus promotions โ€” validate conditions, prepare offers, and communications.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to craft messages and campaign content.
  • Coordinate posts and announcements across Telegram, Instagram, and other channels.
  • Track performance and generate reports in Google Sheets and internal dashboards.

     

๐Ÿค Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage tasks in ClickUp and Jira โ€” track CRM/retention projects end-to-end.
  • Collect requirements from Marketing, Product, VIP, and Support teams.
  • Participate in planning meetings for campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials from designers and copywriters.

     

๐Ÿ“Š Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain internal dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and user engagement metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for retention improvement.

  • Customer.io / Smartico โ€” CRM campaigns and automation.
  • Google Sheets โ€” tracking and reporting.
  • ClickUp / Jira โ€” task management and coordination.
  • Miro โ€” planning and visualization.
  • Telegram / Instagram / other social media channels โ€” campaign posts.

     

๐Ÿ’ก What We Expect

  • Proven experience in retention, CRM, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and trigger-based communications.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Bonus: experience in iGaming, FinTech, or digital product marketing.
