Key Account Manager to $2000

 

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to build and develop long-term partnerships with international B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Participate in negotiations, prepare commercial offers and contracts.
  • Coordinate interaction between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor client activity and performance, providing strategic recommendations for growth and retention.
  • Handle client inquiries related to pricing, logistics, and service quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client service in B2B.
  • Experience with international clients is a must; logistics background is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • English โ€” Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language will be a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
