Google User Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote
We're seeking a results-driven Google User Acquisition Manager at one of our fastest-growing products. You'll manage substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale.
This role is for someone ready to bring their expertise, work intensively, and grow with us. We need autonomous decision-makers who manage their path to success independently while preparing clear weekly strategies. You should take complete ownership of our ad accounts with meticulous attention to performance and growth.

Responsibilities
- Peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of all campaign data, uncover insights others miss, and autonomously decide which GEOs to scale for maximum ROI.
- Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale Google Ads campaigns while optimizing keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation for maximum results.
- Continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Research new tools, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge and discover untapped growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with a demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably across multiple regions.
- High-Budget Expertise: Experience managing $100K+ monthly ad spend with consistent ROI performance.
- Multi-GEO Management: Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple regions and make autonomous scaling decisions.
- Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with Google Sheets (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP) and custom models for deep data insights.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads structure, keyword research tools (Ahrefs, Keyword Planner), and optimization techniques.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Thrives under pressure, makes independent decisions, and consistently exceeds performance targets.
- Growth-Oriented: Passion for learning, scaling, and contributing to aggressive company growth.
- Communication Excellence: Strong English communication skills for reporting and presenting insights.
