Project Manager

Location: Lviv, office 

We are looking for a Middle+ Project Manager for the client in a Defence/Miltech Domain who will work closely with the CISO and help drive key initiatives across the Security & Risk department. This role is not a technical security position — instead, it focuses on project ownership, cross-functional coordination, compliance support, and operational execution. 

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders, structure complex workstreams, and ensure all security-related initiatives move forward smoothly. You will support the CISO by coordinating projects, helping with compliance activities, running audits, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program & Project Management 

• Break down high-level security initiatives into structured project plans, milestones, and measurable deliverables. 
• Drive execution across the Security department to ensure projects stay on track. 
• Maintain roadmaps, timelines, dashboards, and progress reports. 
• Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalate when needed. 
• Support the CISO in organizing workflows and reducing operational load. 
• Assist with compliance efforts (ISO 27001, NIS2, internal standards — prior experience not required). 

Cross-Functional Coordination  

• Act as the main point of contact between Security and other departments: 
  IT, Engineering, R&D, HR, Finance, Workplace/Facilities, Legal, Physical Security, and others. 
• Facilitate meetings, align expectations, and ensure stakeholders understand priorities and responsibilities. 
• Help overcome cross-team silos by improving communication and coordination. 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Coordinator. 
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills — this is crucial. 
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and bring clarity to complex environments. 

• Experience with project tracking tools and frameworks (AzureDevOps, Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.).
