Project Coordinator

Location: Lviv/ office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and structured Project Coordinator for our client to support all R&D functions in a fast-growing Defense Technology company.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical or production background who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of operational processes and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate all R&D activities.
• Manage and track tasks across engineering and product teams.
• Maintain and organize project documentation.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication with engineers and other departments.

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.

   

Requirements:

• Technical or production experience (engineering, manufacturing, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Excellent organizational and task-setting abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical listening skills.
• High level of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage personal workload effectively.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• English level: from strong intermediate and higher (B1+, B2 etc,.)
• Experience in Azure DevOps — nice to have.
