Marketing Manager, Lead Generation (B2B) $$ Offline

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and scale lead generation. The focus is on running fast, data-driven marketing experiments to attract and convert qualified leads, optimizing campaigns based on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Plan, execute, and continuously improve lead generation campaigns
β€’ Run short-cycle, trial-and-error marketing projects to identify effective growth channels
β€’ Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns and other digital acquisition channels
β€’ Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other data tools
β€’ Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on campaign results
β€’ Oversee content creation and distribution (videos, newsletters, customer stories, use cases)
β€’ Organize up to 2 global events per year, including trade shows, customer conferences, and webinars (South Africa, USA, Europe, etc.)
β€’ Implement automated outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms

Requirements
β€’ Proven experience in B2B demand generation (software or telecom preferred)
β€’ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
β€’ Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
β€’ Excellent English communication skills (Π‘1)
β€’ Experience with international event planning is an asset
β€’ Independent, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fully remote environment
