Our ideal candidate:
β’ Desire to grow and learn new things;
β’ Personal computer/laptop with Internet access and a USB headset;
β’ Basic PC skills;
β’ Strong communication skills, politeness, and patience.

Experience in call centers or sales will be an advantage but is not required.

Responsibilities:
β’ Communicating with users via phone and email (retention, promotions, surveys, sales β no cold calls);
β’ Informing clients about company products and current offers;
β’ Assisting clients with their inquiries and coordinating with other departments;
β’ Increasing customer loyalty through a personalized approach;
β’ Working with company scripts and identifying client needs.
