βœ… Our ideal candidate:
β€’ Desire to grow and learn new things;
β€’ Personal computer/laptop with Internet access and a USB headset;
β€’ Basic PC skills;
β€’ Strong communication skills, politeness, and patience.
βœ… Experience in call centers or sales will be an advantage but is not required.

 

βœ… Responsibilities:
β€’ Communicating with users via phone and email (retention, promotions, surveys, sales β€” no cold calls);
β€’ Informing clients about company products and current offers;
β€’ Assisting clients with their inquiries and coordinating with other departments;
β€’ Increasing customer loyalty through a personalized approach;
β€’ Working with company scripts and identifying client needs.
