VIP Support Manager

Responsibilities:
• Communicating with VIP clients via messengers (no calls).
• Promptly resolving user questions and issues.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and loyalty.
• Selling bonus offers.
• Forwarding requests to related departments when necessary.


📅 Work Schedule:
• Standard schedule: 4/3.
• Night shift: 17:30 – 2:30 (1-hour break).

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or support (experience with VIP clients will be a strong plus).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Stress resistance and the ability to resolve issues quickly and diplomatically.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
