We are looking for an active, analytical, and structured Project Manager who easily dives into new domains, quickly finds solutions, and sees growth opportunities in data.

Your Mission:

To improve the company’s operational processes amid business scaling and expansion to international markets. The Project Manager acts as a driving force of operational change — analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, initiating improvements in quality, speed, and efficiency, and integrating new logistics partners when needed. This role is designed to ensure service quality improvement during rapid growth, working at the intersection of data, analytics, process management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and weak points.
• Propose solutions to improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance user experience.
• Define and lead operational projects: structure tasks, create implementation plans, assign responsibilities and deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Negotiate and coordinate actions with external contractors and partners.
• Analyze quantitative metrics (Excel, BI reports), generate insights and hypotheses to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports on the effectiveness of implemented changes.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management (Operations / Consulting / Audit / Implementation / e-commerce).
• Technical background (engineering, mathematics, physics, or analytical specialty).
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English for daily interaction with international teams.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, analytics, pivot tables).
• Strong skills in task structuring, project phasing, and timeline planning.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Independence, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with IT projects and/or logistics projects in Europe.
• Knowledge or experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with any project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira, MS Project, etc.).
