Promo Bonus Manager

We are scaling our iGaming product and looking for a Promo & Bonus Manager to join our Retention department.

You will own bonus mechanics, promotional strategy, player incentives, and work closely with CRM to increase engagement, conversion, and LTV.

Responsibilities

• Manage casino bonus systems, segmentation, limits, and budget
• Create and launch promotional mechanics:
  • Daily & weekly promos
  • Tournaments (daily and long-term)
  • Missions, quests & gamification flows
  • Giveaways & free spins campaigns
  • Partner / affiliate special bonuses
  • Internal promos & SMM activations
• Monitor and analyze player behavior to craft personalized incentives
• Optimize bonus mechanics based on ROI, bonus cost, and engagement results
• Conduct market & competitor analysis to adopt best promo practices
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Design, Copywriting, Support
• Create promotional pages and bonus briefs for design/content teams

• Prepare performance reports and improvement suggestions

   

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years in iGaming (Promo / Bonus / CRM / Retention)
• Experience working with CRM/Back Office (setting bonuses, segmentation)
• Understanding of bonus economics:
  • bonus cost, bonus rate, budgets, ROI
• Strong knowledge of casino products & bonus mechanics
• Experience analyzing promo KPIs & competitive monitoring
• Good understanding of player behaviors and motivation structures
• English B1+ (written & spoken)
• Proactive mindset, creativity, attention to detail, growth attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in tiered VIP mechanics, tournaments, and gamification
• Knowledge of LATAM & EU casino markets
• Experience with A/B testing bonus strategies
