Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
• Control financial flows and settlements with partners, providers, and clients.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Build and monitor the company’s unit economics: CAC vs. LTV, ROI, and profitability.
• Optimize cost structure and ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, tax, and legal requirements across different jurisdictions.
• Organize and maintain management and financial accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).
• Manage risks related to liquidity, payment systems, and client funds.
• Interact with external auditors, banks, payment providers, and regulators.
• Develop and implement financial KPIs, monitor key metrics (ROI, EBITDA, Net Deposits, LTV).
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles in fintech/Forex/CFD or the banking sector.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Proven experience in building financial systems and processes from scratch in fast-growing companies.
• Deep understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and banking operations.
• Experience working in an international structure (multiple jurisdictions, holding model).
• English level B2 or higher (Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

As a Plus:

• Experience in brokerage companies or fintech projects with high growth dynamics.
• Participation in launching international projects (Latin America, Africa, Asia).
• Experience interacting with regulators and international auditors.
• Knowledge of taxation and compliance specifics in different regions.
