About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will own and lead Sprinterra’s entire marketing direction — from strategy and positioning to execution and measurement.
You’ll take the driver’s seat in building and scaling the company’s brand presence across digital channels, creating powerful content, managing lead generation, and ensuring Sprinterra stands out in the competitive outsourcing market.
This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys building things from scratch, working closely with the C-suite, and seeing tangible impact from their ideas.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Sprinterra’s growth goals.
- Lead brand and content marketing across LinkedIn, website, and partner channels — from storytelling to analytics.
- Manage digital performance: LinkedIn Ads, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns.
- Oversee video production and webinar campaigns — from concept to final edit.
- Drive lead generation in collaboration with sales: define ICPs, build lead scoring models, and optimize nurturing funnels.
- Manage external vendors and tools (SEO agency, automation, design subscriptions) and track ROI.
- Coordinate marketing for major events (like Acumatica Summit): branding, booth materials, content, and follow-up.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the HR team to ensure consistent company messaging and tone.
- Build a small but high-performing marketing team as the company grows.
What We Expect
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in IT outsourcing or software development.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle campaigns — from concept to analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience collaborating directly with top management.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
