Manual QA Engineer (Web, API Testing) $ Offline

We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help us test and improve the quality of web products and APIs across various projects 🌐🧪.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, curious, and knows how to find bugs where others don’t look — using the right tools, not code.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manually test websites and applications across different browsers and devices

🔹 Test API endpoints using Postman or similar tools

🔹 Validate data, UI behavior, and edge cases

🔹 Reproduce, document, and report bugs clearly (e.g., in Excel, Google Sheets, or bug trackers)

🔹 Work closely with developers and PMs to verify fixes and ensure issue resolution

🔹 Use DevTools in Chrome and other browsers for inspecting elements, requests, and logs

🔹 Perform sanity, smoke, exploratory, regression testing

🔹 Ensure basic usability, accessibility, and responsiveness of the product

📋 Requirements:

🔹 Experience as a manual tester (domain doesn’t matter — we value clear thinking)

🔹 Familiarity with Chrome DevTools, browser console, network tab, and other inspection tools

🔹 Basic understanding of how web applications work (frontend, backend, APIs)

🔹 Ability to test REST APIs via Postman or similar

🔹 Clear communication and documentation skills (how to write a bug report that devs can use)

🔹 Attention to detail and persistence in reproducing hard-to-catch issues

🔹 Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing principles

🔹 Experience with low-code testing tools

🔹 Familiarity with basic HTTP concepts and status codes

🔹 Experience testing mobile browsers and responsive layouts

🔹 Experience testing on staging environments and handling build/QA cycles
