Sales Development Representative/LeadGen

GLEXEN Solutions is looking for a proactive SDR to generate new B2B opportunities across US & EU markets and work directly with our CEO and founders.
You’ll be doing:

  • Prospecting & cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) across US and EU
  • Presenting GLEXEN and our solutions (written and verbal)
  • Conduct cold and warm calls
  • Managing leads & CRM updates
  • Qualifying client needs & passing them to sales
  • Set up communication sequences (email / LinkedIn outreach)
  • Scheduling calls with senior stakeholders (CEOs, HRDs, CPOs)
  • Contributing to scripts and acquisition strategies

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–3 years in SDR/BD or lead generation (SaaS/B2B a plus)
  • Fluent English (B2+), additional languages are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Arabic)
  • B2B sales experience in US and European markets
  • Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems, Google Docs/Sheets
  • ICP analysis skills
  • Confident talking to senior decision-makers
  • Metrics-driven & results-oriented
  • Self-organized and proactive in a startup environment
