Talent Acquisition or Recruiter

Location: Remote or on-site (Chernivtsi location is a plus)
 

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing to offer stage

- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including for international markets (US, EU)

- Screen candidates for cultural and role fit, and support hiring decisions with clear, structured feedback

- Apply diverse sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals

- Keep our ATS up-to-date and contribute to recruitment reporting

- Proactively build talent pools for high-demand or recurring roles

 

Requirements:

-1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)

- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

- Solid understanding of the tech talent market and industry trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)


Nice to have:

- Experience working with outstaff or outsourcing companies

- Experience in international hiring (especially US and EU markets)
