Motion Designer

• Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who highly value and reward proactivity and persistence.
• We are currently seeking a creative Graphic/Motion Designer to join our projects in the Mental Health and Finance niches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Editing and creating photo and video creatives for mobile apps and web projects for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new ideas and concepts for creatives.
• Systematically analyzing competitors’ creatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Graphic Designer.
• Experience in editing video and photo creatives for mobile apps across various traffic networks, such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop).
• Preferably, experience with CapCut and AI-based editing tools.
• Experience working with Figma.
• Willingness to propose and implement your own creative ideas.
• Initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to select the most suitable tools to efficiently create high-quality creatives.
