Product / Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and driven Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a cutting-edge multi-currency crypto wallet and financial services application. This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of our vision while managing resources, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to release and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, high-performing, and scalable solutions
• Analyze user feedback and data to prioritize features, define requirements, and improve product offerings

• Monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement

   

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for product releases and updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining on-time and on-budget delivery
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and changes
• Enforce Agile principles and best practices across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in tech or fintech projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and project planning tools
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving the development of digital products (web and mobile)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Prior experience in crypto/blockchain or fintech is a significant advantage.
